Helena Wyligala, PhD in Political Science and Administration (2020), Professor at the University of Lower Silesia. Her research interests concern the role of environmental protection and climate change issues in the process of shaping foreign policy and state security, in this context also climate change adaptation. The second research area is the issue of migration management both at the national and European Union level.
